Training diary

 

The web4trainer® diary allows for a multitude of entries, which can all be personalised for each athlete.  Nothing is left out, from kilometres, energy consumption, and feelings about trainings, to instructions on mental training, weather, sleep patterns and much more.

 

web4trainer® is compatible with all common heart-rate monitors and performance-measuring equipment, allowing heart-rate, GPS and watt values to be easily entered into the diary.  Of course, these entries are all analysed and presented for a range of time periods.
